Introduction: The constitutional province of Callao is one of the most affected by the epidemic of tuberculosis nationwide. Likewise, it should be considered that the first level health care services are usually the gateway for these patients to the health system. Objectives: To describe the characteristics of the offer of health services in tuberculosis units from first level of care in the Constitutional Province of Callao. Methods: A descriptive study was carried out in 45 tuberculosis units from primary care health services, which investigated the characteristics of infrastructure, human resources and data entry to the information system. Objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate among healthcare personnel and the satisfaction of users assisted by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in the context of COVID-19, Piura. Materials and methods: A Likert-scale survey was administered to 80 healthcare workers to assess the organizational climate and 110 SAMU users to assess their satisfaction level and whether they met the selection criteria. The survey hadone section addressed to SAMU workers and another one to SAMU users. Results: Out of all healthcare personnel, 51.3 % were men with an average age of 32.65 ± 6.8 % years, and there were moreregistered nurses (32.50 %) than doctors (31.30 %). Gestational diabetes mellitus is the most common metabolic complication in pregnancy. Worldwide, it has a prevalence that varies between 1-14%, with Latin America being the most susceptible. This pathology is of high impact, among the most related risk factors for the appearance of gestational diabetes were advanced age, obesity and pathological history, which increases the probability of developing gestational diabetes by 1.2 times. La diabetes mellitus gestacional constituye la complicación metabólica más frecuente en el embarazo. A nivel mundial, tiene una prevalencia que varía entre el 1 – 14%, siendo América Latina la más susceptible. Esta patología es de alto impacto, entre los factores de riesgo más relacionados para la aparición de diabetes gestacional fueron la edad avanzada, obesidad y los antecedentes patológicos, que aumenta 1,2 veces la probabilidad de desarrollar diabetes gestacional.
