The objective of the study was to determine the presence of antimicrobial residues in bovine muscle tissue and kidneys expended in supermarkets of the Piura city, Peru. 100 muscle tissue samples were collected from the loin and tip of the hip, free of fat and aponeurosis, and 100 samples from kidneys. From each sample obtained, 8 mm diameter and 2 mm thick pieces were analyzed and deposited on a culture medium mixed with Bacillus subtilis spores adjusted to pH 6.0; 7.2 and 8.0. Based on the size of the growth inhibition halo of the strain, it was found that 23 samples were positive for the detection of antimicrobial residues. 5% (5/100) corresponded to muscle tissue samples and 18% (18/100) to kidneys. The aim of this study was to diagnose and treat anaemia in Creole horses from the province of Piura, Peru. The study was conducted from June to December 2022. Anticoagulant blood samples were taken to determine haemoglobin, haematocrit, and erythrocyte values to identify individuals considered anemic. A total of 8 horses (4 female and 4 male) from 3 to 8 years old were selected. The animals were negative for anaplasmosis and piroplasmosis and were dewormed orally with 1% ivermectin. The animals were distributed into two groups and were fed two diets (D1 and D2), rich in iron, for 60 days. D1 contained 3.0 Mcal/kg, 18% protein, 4% fat, 8.5% fibre, 8% ash and 345 mg/kg iron and D2 contained 3.3 Mcal/kg, 18% protein, 4% fat, 15% fibre, 12% ash and 533.9 mg/kg of iron. Objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate among healthcare personnel and the satisfaction of users assisted by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in the context of COVID-19, Piura. Materials and methods: A Likert-scale survey was administered to 80 healthcare workers to assess the organizational climate and 110 SAMU users to assess their satisfaction level and whether they met the selection criteria. The survey hadone section addressed to SAMU workers and another one to SAMU users. Results: Out of all healthcare personnel, 51.3 % were men with an average age of 32.65 ± 6.8 % years, and there were moreregistered nurses (32.50 %) than doctors (31.30 %).
