The purpose of the research is to explain the influence of motivation and learning strategies on academic performance in students of the professional school of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2023. This research was descriptive with a quantitative approach., with a non-experimental design of a correlational type, the selection of the sample was probabilistic with 54 students from the 5th level of cycle IX of semester I, data collection was through interviews, information analysis and the instruments were questionnaires. The study determined that the use of motivation was very good with 57.4%, 63.0% and 46.3% were very good for intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation correspondingly. El excesivo uso irracional de los antibióticos causa que las bacterias desarrollen resistencia frente a éstos, por lo que en el presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó el tamizaje fitoquímico y se determinó la actividad antibacteriana in vitro de la planta entera de Phyllanthus fluitans Benth. Ex Müll. Arg. frente a las cepas bacterianas Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 y Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, para el cual se utilizaron extractos etanólico, diclorometánico y etéreo, a las concentraciones de 26, 30 y 34 mg/mL, 30 y 34 mg/mL, y 34 mg/mL, respectivamente.
