Cardiac involvement in Adult-onset Still’s Disease (AOSD) usually manifests as a pericardial disease, that has a benign course. The myocarditis is a rare complication with 7% of prevalence. The diagnosis of AOSD is based in the Yamaguchi or Fautrel criteria. The treatment with steroids, metrotexate is the first and second therapeutic lines, respectively, the combination is effective in 70% of cases. We report one case of AOSD with unusual presentation of double cardiac commitment, Myopericarditis.

Recent evidence suggests that late reperfusion of an occluded infarct-related artery (IRA) after acute myocardial acute infarction (MAI), may reduce the frecuency of subsequent arrhythmic events and sudden death. Mechanical reperfusion of an occluded IRA, performing percutaneous trasluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) 48 to 2 weeks after MAI, has a big success rate, and low symptomatic restenosis. Twenty subjects (19 men and 1 women, aged 32 to 77 year) with a first MAI, signal-averaged electrocardiographic (SAECG), and an occluded IRA were prospectively identified. Late potentials were present in 14 patients after MAI. Eighteenth had a successful PTCA of the occluded IRA, 6 to 32 days after MAI. Follow-up SAECG was performed 1 to 8 days later. Analizar cuáles son los factores más asociados a incapacidad funcional en pacientes post operados de cirugía de cadera a los 6 meses de su intervención Métodos: Se realizo un estudió analítico transversal con 156 pacientes postoperados de fractura de cadera del Hospital de la amistad Perú Corea Santa Rosa II-2 en la ciudad de Piura, La incapacidad funciona se evaluó con la escala de Harris.
