Humanized care by nursing professionals becomes a necessary professional clinical practice that allows, through care, that patients have a better quality of life. Therefore, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between humanized care by nursing professionals and bioethical principles in patients at the Victor Ramos Guardia Hospital in Huaraz. Objetivo: Determinar las patologías Obstétricas durante el embarazo, parto y puerperio que se presentan en las adolescentes, atendidas en el Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia Huaraz, 2009. Material y Método: Investigación descriptiva, retrospectivo de corte transversal, se revisaron 363 Historias Clínicas de adolescentes con patologías durante embarazo, parto y puerperio; para el análisis estadístico de datos se empleo la prueba Chi cuadrada con nivel de significancia del 5% (p<0,005), se aplico el SSPS versión 18 para Windows y el Programa estadístico Epi Info versión 6.d. El objetivo fue determinar el grado de conocimiento de los efectos secundarios del método anticonceptivo inyectable acetato de medroxiprogesterona en usuarias continuadoras del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia, Huaraz. Material y métodos: Estudio descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal, diseño no experimental, desarrollado en el Consultorio de Planificación Familiar del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia, Huaraz, periodo Enero-abril 2011.
