El objetivo del estudio fue establecer la relación entre la percepción del desempeño docente y satisfacción académica en el personal capacitado en el Instituto Nacional de Salud 2019-20210. La investigación fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo - correlacional, diseño no experimental transversal. La muestra fue de 88 personas entre profesionales, técnicos y estudiantes de salud que recibieron capacitación en el Centro Nacional de Salud Pública del INS en los años 2019-2021, el muestreo fue no probabilístico intencional.
