This research aims to be useful to the academic community, the company in the study and wider society through knowledge and the implementation of a pricing model projects of companies with real options theory (TOR), which submit the proposals and assessment of real applications of an investment project of hydroelectric generation. This assessment is carried out a project of a hydroelectric plant using the real options theory and other traditional methods of valuation, it is concluded that the techniques of influencing Adjusted Present Value (APV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), do not take into account the flexibility that often has an investment and course changes and decisions that can be taken during the life of an investment project. It has developed a descriptive study which defines the concept of valuation extensively, studying classical methods, discounting cash flows, value cr...

The objective of this study is to determine how retail business strategies are related to consumption patterns in department stores in a COVID-19 context. The methodology employed has a descriptive and correlational approach at a cross-sectional level. The data collection technique was a survey addressed to a sample of 384 consumers. The most significant result is the moderate and strong correlation coefficient of .702 for the variables with a p = .000 < .05. The results obtained show that retail business strategies are closely related to consumption patterns, which means that shopping habits can be created in customers.

Mine tailings represent a secondary resource of growing interest in the context of the energy transition and circular economy. This study evaluated the potential for recovering critical elements from Tailings Deposit I of the La Cienega site, Peru, through the integration of geochemical and mineralogical characterization tools and three-dimensional geostatistical modeling. A total of 68 samples were analyzed for cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), lithium (Li), and phosphorus (P), and 10 samples for uranium (U) and tungsten (W). The results revealed a significant presence of these elements, with localized enrichment zones and distinct geochemical associations. Ni and Co exhibited spatial patterns consistent with their likely occurrence in residual sulfides, whereas Li, W, U, and P showed more heterogeneous distributions. Three-dimensional modeling performed using ordinary kriging and validated thr...
