This article discusses an important challenge for Internet governance: the difficulties entailed in articulating the multiplicity of scenarios and contexts that shape it. A “multistakeholder” approach has been posited often as the most suitable path to build Internet governance. However, materializing this approach is difficult because of the possible actors and situations found on the Web. Instead, and building on the notion of cosmopolitanism (Boczkowski & Siles, 2014), this article proposes an alternative framework for studying Internet policymaking. It applies this framework to the Digital Privacy and Security Statement advanced by the Global Commission on Internet Governance in order to show how it can help further our understanding of Human Rights in the digital era. El presente trabajo de investigación abordó el tratado de productividad de obras, específicamente el uso eficiente del acero de construcción de las partidas de concreto armado, aplicado a tres proyectos de la ciudad del Cusco construidas en los años 2020 y 2021. El objetivo principal fue determinar la diferencia porcentual de los kilogramos totales del acero post ejecución frente al modelado BIM de acero con Revit y CutLogic considerando variaciones implícitas en el habilitado. La metodología abarcada en este estudio cuenta con un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo y exploratorio, cuyo diseño metodológico es no experimental con carácter transeccional. The aim of this study is to investigate rural homosexual women wellbeing and the relationships between different wellbeing variables in this population. Based on a cross-sectional study semi-structured interviews and scales for different variables related to wellbeing were conducted. The results showed a satisfactory general wellbeing perception, although experience of loneliness is high. Furthermore, relationships between some of the variables studied were founded. This study highlights the importance of research about homosexual women, while reflecting the need for future intervention.

Es importante estudiar a fondo las características morfoestructurales involucradas al volcanismo submarino con el fin de entender la evolución de estos centros volcánicos con respecto a su ambiente tectónico. Particularmente, el estudio se focaliza en el volcán submarino Monte Orca, que está ubicado en el Estrecho de Bransfield (Antártica), frente a la isla Rey Jorge, y cuyo edificio volcánico, que alcanza ca. 650m de altura, encuentra sobre una plataforma a 1340 metros de profundidad. It is important to study in depth the morphostructural characteristics involved in underwater volcanism in order to understand the evolution of these volcanic centers with respect to their tectonic environment. Diversas erupciones a lo largo de toda Latinoamérica en los últimos 5 siglos han tenido efectos mayores sobre la población, flora, fauna, infraestructura y medio ambiente, siendo algunas de ellas altamente significativas, tales como los casos de Huaynaputina (Perú, 1600), Santa María (Guatemala, 1902), Quizapu (Chile, 1932), Parícutin (México, 1943-1952), El Chichón (México, 1982), Nevado del Ruiz (Colombia, 1985), Lonquimay (Chile, 1988-1989), Hudson (Chile, 1991), Chaitén (Chile, 2008), Fuego (Guatemela, 2018).
