The research problem is: How is the internal organizational communication from the perspective of the workers of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto of the City of Iquitos - 2019?. The objective was: To evaluate the ascending, descending and horizontal internal organizational communication from the perspective of the workers of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto of the City of Iquitos - 2019. The method was quantitative, the design was non-experimental descriptive, the population was 353 workers and the sample was 183 workers, the instrument was the questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha Reliability of ? = 0.811 and validity r = 0.890). The handling of service requests is key to meeting institutional objectives and ensuring an efficient solid waste collection service through agile communication. This quantitative, descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study conducted a census survey of 60 employees from the Solid Waste Management Office of the San Juan Bautista District Municipality; the questionnaire achieved an excellent Cronbach’s alpha of 0.917. Descriptive statistics showed that 75 % rated request handling as good (22 % fair, 3 % poor) and 82 % rated waste collection as good (17 % fair, 2 % poor).
