Sumario:The research problem is: How is the internal organizational communication from the perspective of the workers of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto of the City of Iquitos - 2019?. The objective was: To evaluate the ascending, descending and horizontal internal organizational communication from the perspective of the workers of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto of the City of Iquitos - 2019. The method was quantitative, the design was non-experimental descriptive, the population was 353 workers and the sample was 183 workers, the instrument was the questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha Reliability of ? = 0.811 and validity r = 0.890). The results show that 50.27% (92) workers of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto, evidenced general internal organizational communication as regular. In descending internal communication, it reached the highest percentage of undecided, superiors seek to communicate with their workers (54.65%). In ascending internal communication, he reached the highest percentage of undecided, his superiors make him feel enough confidence and freedom when he needs to discuss problems about the work he does (46.45%), and in horizontal internal communication, he reached the highest percentage of disagreements., the instructions from their superiors and other co-workers are clear (46.45%). Therefore, it is concluded that the general internal organizational communication is regular.
