El déficit hídrico es un problema global y nacional que afecta el desarrollo de los cultivos. Este estudio propone una estrategia para mitigar el estrés hídrico en plántulas de papa Solanum tuberosum var. única, un cultivo representativo del Perú. El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar el efecto del etanol en el medio de cultivo que permita la tolerancia al estrés por déficit hídrico en plántulas de papa Solanum tuberosum var. única en condiciones in vitro Huacho 2024. En la metodología, se desarrolló un diseño experimental completamente al azar (DCA) con 10 tratamientos y 8 repeticiones, aplicando concentraciones de etanol (0 % a 4 % v/v) combinadas con PEG 6000 al 3 % p/v para simular condiciones de déficit hídrico. La presente investigación planteó como objetivo evaluar el efecto de los curcuminoides en la aceptabilidad sensorial y la capacidad antioxidante de aceites vegetales comestibles los cuales han sido saborizados para que enmascaren el sabor intenso de la cúrcuma, para ello se utilizó 4 tipos de aceites vegetales comestibles, el aceite de Oliva extra virgen, Aceite de sacha Inchi, aceite de Maíz y aceite de Canola, a los cuales se le determinó el perfil de los ácidos grasos, se realizaron soluciones madres concentradas de aceites con curcuminoides de los 4 tipo de aceites, y sus posteriores diluciones de 0.6% 0.5%, 0.4%, 0.3%, 0.2% y 0.1% de curcuminoides totales, adicionalmente se trabajó con aceites esenciales de romero, orégano, así también como pimienta, y ajo deshidratado, con el fin de saborizar al aceite; para la evaluación sensorial, se realizó la selección sensorial d...
