El presente trabajo compara la microfiltración apical de dos técnicas de Apicectomía, la Horizontal y la Oblicua, con obturación retrograda con Agregado Trióxido Mineral, siguiendo un diseño experimental y libre, para ello se usaron 17 premolares inferiores monorradiculares de reciente extracción para cada grupo de técnica de apicectomía; la microfiltración apical fue medida cuantitativamente por los indicadores; nivel 1 (0 a 1mm), nivel 2 (1 a 2mm) y nivel 3 (2 a mas). Los resultados obtenidos con la técnica de Apicectomía Horizontal fueron de 16 casos en el nivel 1 (0 a 1mm) y 01 caso en el nivel 2 (1 a 2mm). ABSTRAC This research study, cross-sectional, observational and in vitro; was used to compare the tensile strength of two conventional AllCem (FGM) and Relyx Arc (3M) cements in Z350 (3M) composite resin inlays, using 17 seconds and upper and lower third molars free of caries of Recent extraction for each group; The tensile strength was measured quantitatively with the Instron 8801 universal test machine in Mpa with a speed of 2mm / min. The average tensile strength results obtained with conventional dual cement AllCem (FGM) were 22.75 ± 6.78 MPa. While for the conventional dual cement group Relyx Arc (3M) they were 24.44 ± 6.98 MPa. Thus, there was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the tensile strength values in composite resin inlays with conventional AllCem (FGM) and Relyx Arc (3M) dual cement.

El estudio de investigación de tipo descriptivo, comparativo, observacional y de corte transversal tuvo como propósito determinar y comparar la dureza, resistencia a compresión y estabilidad dimensional de los yesos dentales tipo IV de mayor comercialización nacional, para lo cual se utilizaron 8 muestras de forma cilíndrica de cada yeso dental tipo IV para evaluar la dureza, y 8 muestras de forma rectangular para evaluar la resistencia a compresión y estabilidad dimensional. Objective. To compare the hardness, dimensional stability, and compressive strength of high-strength, low-expansion dental plasters available in Peru, according to ADA criteria. Methods. A descriptive, observational and cross-sectional study was developed. A selection of 8 cylindrical-shaped samples and 8 rectangular- shaped ones, from seven high-resistance, low-expansion dental plasters were fabricated. The hardness was evaluated using the Identec Universal Durometer. Objetivo. Evaluar la influencia de diferentes marcas de revestimientos dentales en la adaptación marginal e interna de las cofias metálicas. Método. La investigación fue in vitro, analítico, experimental y transversal; para ello, se confeccionaron 48 cofias metálicas, las cuales fueron cementadas en dientes humanos previamente tallados, luego las cofias fueron cortadas mesio-distalmente para evaluar su adaptación.
