This article presents an isolated single-stage Dual-Active-Bridge Series-Resonant (DABSR) DC-AC converter with series-power decoupling (SPD) to interface PV with the single-phase grid. A third port is added in the proposed DABSR DC-AC converter, which is series-connected on the AC side to power decoupling. Therefore, the electrolytic capacitors, typically used on the DC side, are replaced by film capacitors. The single-phase time-variant power is decoupled by controlling the time-variant voltage on the third port, which depends on the power amplitude, the filter capacitor and the grid frequency. A novel modulation is proposed where the grid and the third port voltages are modulated by unipolar PWM while the PV voltage is modulated by duty ratio. Drawing on the Resource Based View and Social Learning Theory, this study aims to explore the influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) on Project Success (PS) via the mediating pathways of Team Reflexivity (TR), Team Innovation Culture (TIC), and Team Entrepreneurial Passion (TEP). Data were gathered from 422 senior-level employees in IT firms. The analysis employed SMART-PLS 4 structural equation modeling to assess the proposed relationships. The findings underscore the significant impact of EL on PS. EL was observed to exert a noteworthy influence on TR, TIC, and TEP. Moreover, the proposed mediators, TR and TIC, exhibited substantial effects on PS, while TEP demonstrated a partially significant impact. Through the mediating roles of TR, TEP, and TIC, EL indirectly influenced PS.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in university students of Metropolitan Lima, in the year 2019. The sample consisted of 712 subjects, including 344 male and 368 female subjects between the ages of 16 and 21 years old selected undertaking their first two terms at 7 private and public universities in the city of Metropolitan Lima. The sample was evaluated with the Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale of Academic Situations (EAPESA) and with the Academic Procrastination Scale (EPA). The objective of this study is to characterize academic plagiarism in male and female students from four universities in the city of Arequipa, Peru. The sample consisted of 1370 students, including 717 females (52.3%) and 653 males (47.7%). A questionnaire was distributed to the students with closed questions that evaluate the behaviours and perceptions about academic plagiarism from a multidimensional point of view. A quantitative approach to cross- sectional descriptive design was proposed. The results indicate that, regarding behaviour towards academic plagiarism, there are similarities in the answers given by both females and males, who stated that “once” they had behaviours related to plagiarism in the university. El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la relación entre el engagement y la inteligencia emocional en estudiantes hombres y estudiantes mujeres de una universidad privada en Arequipa. Para ello se tomó una muestra de 246 alumnos del primer semestre (117 mujeres y 129 hombres). Se aplicaron dos instrumentos: el test EQI Bar-On (Emotional Quotient Inventory), adaptado por Ugarriza y Pajares, y el Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9), adaptado por Schaufeli y Bakker. El diseño es de tipo no experimental de nivel relacional. Los resultados indican que el promedio de inteligencia emocional obtenido en los estudiantes fue de 77,04, de 120 puntos posibles. The objective of the study is to characterize, using bibliometric indicators, the world scientific production on COVID-19 in the field of scientific publications in all languages between the months of February and March of the year 2020. A descriptive-retrospective bibliometric study was carried out, covering the world’s first scientific papers on the COVID-19. Using the Google Academic database, the bibliometric indicators were calculated using the Publish or Perish Software v. 7.19, filtering 1000 results, which yielded a total of 1822 citations, 1.82 and 700.09 citations per article and citations by author respectively. The publications have an h index of 17, a g index of 31 and an e index of 22.05. Finally, the AW index was 42.67 and the AWCR was 84.26. El objetivo del presente estudio es describir las re-presentaciones sociales de los estudiantes univer-sitarios acerca del plagio en la escritura académica en una universidad privada en Arequipa, Perú. Para su realización se planteó un enfoque mixto de inves-tigación de diseño no experimental descriptivo. Se aplicó una encuesta a 340 estudiantes y se realizó un grupo de discusión integrado por diez estudian-tes. Se usó la técnica de análisis de contenido con apoyo del software NVivo. Los resultados se agrupa-ron en tres categorías: Conocimiento sobre el plagio, Actos en los que existe plagio y Conductas sobre el plagio.
