The research aimed to present an analysis of the technical, operational, and economic benefits obtained by modernizing the speed regulator of a hydroelectric power plant in Peru. The results show that the modernization significantly improved the dynamic response to frequency disturbances, eliminated penalties for regulatory non-compliance, obtained economic incentives for better primary regulation performance, and achieved more efficient turbine operation. In addition, the economic savings and additional income generated by these benefits were quantified, demonstrating that the investment made was an adequate and profitable solution for this type of hydroelectric power plants. Finally, recommendations are made for regulatory agencies and the electricity system operator to promote the modernization of frequency regulation systems in other generating plants, considering the benefits this g...

The research aimed to evaluate the BESS system for primary frequency regulation at the Marañón hydroelectric plant. The research approach is quantitative, the method is deductive - descriptive, the type of research that was carried out is applied to a level of descriptive - correlational research and the design was non - experimental with longitudinal cut, frequency data of the system was used compared with the frequency of the speed regulator of the Marañón hydroelectric plant, according to the data obtained another comparison was made with the system frequency and the plant frequency after the installation of the BESS system, finally a simulation of the data obtained is carried out to see the behavior of the batteries during the power contribution time for primary frequency regulation. Concluding that, facing disturbances in the Peruvian power system, the BESS system is a good alte...

Objective: To analyze the impact of the use of artificial intelligence on the re-entrepreneurship of micro and small businesses in the Junín region. Material and Methods: It is framed within the exploratory level, basic type and non-experimental design. The instrument was a questionnaire and the technique was a survey applied to a sample of 50 re-entrepreneurs, selected through non-probabilistic convenience and volunteer sampling. The data were analyzed by coding and searching for links to compare categories. Results: 50% of respondents use generative AI technologies, 36% use voice recognition technology and 32% use natural language processing, 28% use intelligent agent technologies, complemented by 18% micro and small businesses that use computer vision technologies and 16% that use optimization technologies. The use of more advanced technologies such as machine learning, predictive an...
