Se buscó identificar el nivel de acoso sexual callejero en las universitarias de la Provincia de Tarma al 2020. Tratándose de una investigación descriptiva y transversal, con un diseño descriptivo simple. Las bases teóricas fueron la victimología, la perspectiva de género y la Ley 30314 para prevenir y sancionar el Acoso sexual en lugares públicos. El instrumento fue la Escala del Acoso Sexual Callejero (EASC), con validez de contenido por juicio de expertos de 0. 875 y confiabilidad con índice de alfa de Cronbach de 0.86; en una muestra de 189 universitarias, quienes dieron su consentimiento. Los resultados mostraron que el 43.9 % de las universitarias, fueron víctimas de acoso sexual en nivel esporádico; el 32.3 % en nivel intenso, y el 15.9 % en nivel muy intenso. The collapse of the judicial system in Spain has led to an incessant search for procedural instruments that favor the resolution capacity of judges and magistrates. To this end, the Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures of the Public Justice Service contemplates, among other aspects, the implementation in the social jurisdiction of the socalled witness lawsuit. This is a figure designed to expedite proceedings that are objectively identical, so that only one of them is processed. The rest of the proceedings are suspended until the resolution of the lawsuit that has served as a witness or guide. This paper analyzes the legal configuration of this mechanism, which is related to essential aspects of the labor process and the right to effective judicial protection.

Sexual violence is a multidimensional problem with an increasing incidence, its consequences generate short and long term havoc on the victim, as well as on society. According to the theory of vulnerability, there are individual factors that make a person more susceptible to suffering damage from environmental conditions. Minors are vulnerable to being victims of sexual violence due to their evolutionary stage and in addition there are other factors that act as catalysts for victimization, which are not always identified in a timely manner by legal assistants and operators. Due diligence demands that justice servers reduce risks in their acts of investigation and prosecution, being one of their purposes not to violate the fundamental rights. The Units against Flagrante Delicto are also governed by this principle; therefore, it is important to demonstrate technically and scientifically that those accused of a flagrante crime be in a sound state of mind. This procedure must be carried out by forensic psychologists in said units, as its implementation requires the use of specialized knowledge. Because of the nature of the examination, it can be carried out in a short time, and when there are clear results from this procedure, it will be possible to ensure that the accused is aware of their actions. Besides, these results will prevent the accused from simulating a mental disorder in the future to get a reduced sentence.

La investigación describe la inversión per cápita y las características de los usuarios del servicio de salud mental de la Red de Salud Valle del Mantaro del 2011 al 2013; la población estuvo conformada por todos los usuarios del Servicio de Salud Mental y los pacientes atendidos en el Servicio del 2011 al 2013 formaron parte de la muestra. La investigación “Afrontamiento y resiliencia en víctimas de violencia familiar en la provincia de Tarma - 2019”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las dimensiones de las estrategias de afrontamiento y el nivel de resiliencia en un grupo de 251 víctimas de violencia familiar de la provincia de Tarma, quienes fueron atendidas en una institución de Ciencias Forenses y fueron seleccionadas a través del muestreo no probabilístico.
