Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre el síndrome de burnout y factores asociados post pandemia entre profesionales de enfermería de un hospital de Lima Norte en el 2023. Materiales y métodos: En la investigación ya concluida se asumió el enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño o ruta metodológica asumida fue la de un estudio correlacional/transversal.
