El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los factores de riesgo asociados al accidente cerebrovascular (ACV) en pacientes atendidos en la emergencia del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión durante julio de 2023. El ACV constituye una de las principales causas de muerte y discapacidad en el mundo, siendo los factores modificables como hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus y dislipidemias los más relevantes en su prevención. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, retrospectivo y no experimental, utilizando la revisión de historias clínicas como instrumento de recolección. The population of this study, which was carried out to evaluate the different variables of social intelligence levels of athletes in different branches, included the athletes who participated in group competitions of the sports federations of badminton, basketball, wrestling, hockey, karate, judo, softball, water polo, and table tennis in Turkey, and the sample group consisted of a total of 387 active athletes, 219 females and 168 males with an average age of 15,05 ± 2,06; who participated in competitions and voluntarily accepted to participate in the study. The study aimed to establish a practice of genetic improvement of guinea pigs based on outcrossing and selection by genetic merit at the Superior Genetics Production Centre (CENPROGEN-SUP), located in the Condebamba valley, Cajamarca region, Peru. A study was carried out to determine the effects of dietary electrolyte balance (BED) on the productive performance, carcass characteristics and blood metabolites of guinea pig in an experimental farm in Cajamarca, Peru. In total, 150 male guinea pigs distributed in five treatments with five levels of BED: 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mEq/kg. Each treatment had six repetitions and each repetition with five guinea pigs/pen. The guinea pigs consumed concentrated feed for 42 days. At the end of the experimental period, six guinea pigs per treatment were slaughtered to determine the carcass yield, relative weights of the viscera and concentration of blood metabolites. Differences (p<0.05) were found in final body weight, body weight gain, and feed conversion index in favour of guinea pigs with BED of 300 mEq/kg. Veintisiete lechones Yorkshire x Duroc de veintiocho días de edad fueron alimentados con una de las tres dietas experimentales que consistían en una dieta basal (DB), la dieta basal suplementada con 50 mg de extracto de Macleaya cordata por kg de dieta (DB-EMC) y la dieta basal suplementada con 50 g de bacitracina de zinc por kg de dieta (DB-B) durante un período de cinco semanas. En comparación de los animales que recibieron las dietas suplementadas con extracto de Macleaya cordata (EMC) y bacitracina, los cerdos alimentados con la dieta basal mostraron una menor ganancia media diaria (GMD) y una conversión alimenticia más pobre.
