El objetivo de este estudio fue establecer la relación de la motivación laboral y el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores de Pegama Ingenieros SAC Yaruchagua, Pasco 2022. Siendo la metodología de estudio de tipo básica con un diseño no experimental transversal correlacional. Así mismo, su muestra estuvo conformada por 109 colaboradores utilizando como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, utilizando 15 reactivos para la variable motivación laboral y 18 para compromiso organizacional. En cuanto a la prueba de confiabilidad se obtuvo un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,91 siendo mayor al parámetro establecido (>0.800), la prueba estadística fue ejecutada a través de la correlación de Rho Spearman, el cual determinó que existe una correlación positiva moderada entre ambas variables de 0,496

In the group of sea level Mean ± SD was 13.7 ± 4 .09 ug% with extreme values of 6.8 ug ug% and 23.2%. In the group height Mean ± S.D. was 18.7 ± 7.93 ug% with extreme values of 5.1 and 33.8%. The differences between the means of both groups have statistical significance. Accepting the possibility of unspecified pigments can distort these determinations in the group of high, also it raises the possibility that higher values of this group are actually translation of chronic stress by chronic hypoxia.

La presente investigación titulada. “FUSIÓN POR ABSORCIÓN Y SU IMPACTO EN LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA PUBLICISTAS S.A, PERIODO 2016- 2017”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar si la fusión por absorción impacta en la rentabilidad de la empresa Publicistas S.A, periodo 2016-2017. El estudio realizado fue descriptivo – correlacional. Entre sus principales resultados encontramos que la variación de ventas y gastos impactan en la rentabilidad económica, así como la variación del patrimonio impacta en la rentabilidad financiera. De lo mencionado anteriormente se concluye que debido al aumento de ventas, disminución de gastos y aumento del patrimonio se ratifica y verifica las hipótesis planteadas, determinando que la fusión por absorción impacta en la rentabilidad de la empresa Publicistas S.A.

It constitutes an exploratory research, of mixed approach, fundamentally qualitative with phenomenological and hermeneutic orientation, it is of an applicative level, quasi-experimental type, to the extent that a program based on the action-research methodology is applied, and on the other hand it is quantitative to the extent that a test that evaluates critical thinking at the beginning and at the end of the development of the subject was applied. It was tried to demonstrate that such methodological procedure favors the change of disposition towards critical thinking of doctoral students, since it develops more confidence in reason, demonstrating a mental amplitude and curiosity a...
