El centro educativo se emplaza entre dos parques y se integra físicamente por medio de espacios intermedios, beneficiando al aprendizaje y al desarrollo de sus usuarios. Interiormente, se busca que los espacios de enseñanza sean lo suficientemente flexibles y cómodos para atender diversos usuarios y eventos.

The educational center is located between two parks and is physically integrated through intermediate spaces, benefiting the learning and development of users.
