description EL presente documento de tesis detalla el trabajo de investigación y lineamientos de diseño para la edificación de un Centro Deportivo juvenil de Artes Marciales en el distrito de Chorrillos con el objetivo de beneficiar a los futuros y actuales deportistas juveniles de este sector. En el capítulo I resume la investigación del tema de tesis presentando la introducción justificando el tema, definición del tema, planteamiento del problema, antecedentes y conclusiones. En el capítulo II, se definen los tipos de usuario del centro deportivo indicando los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos del mismo. En el capítulo III, se determina el programa arquitectónico y los requerimientos funcionales de los espacios. El capítulo IV, se estudian las características de los terrenos seleccionados para determinar el terreno ideal del proyecto. En el capítulo V, se realiza el expediente urbano del terreno seleccionado. En el capítulo VI, se detallan las tecnologías constructivas del proyecto y el enfoque sostenible que este tendrá. Por último, en el capítulo VII se determinan los criterios de diseño para el proyecto.

Por último, en el capítulo VII se determinan los criterios de diseño para el proyecto.This thesis document details all the research and design guidelines work for the construction of a Community Sports and Culture Center in the district of Chorrillos with the purpose to benefit youth athletes in the area. Chapter I summarizes the research on the thesis topic presenting the introduction justifying the topic, definition of the topic, problem statement, background and conclusions. In Chapter II, the types of users of the community center are defined, indicating the quantitative and qualitative data of the same. In Chapter III, the architectural program and functional requirements of the spaces are determined. Chapter IV, the characteristics of the selected lands are studied to determine the ideal terrain of the project. In Chapter V, the urban file of the selected land is made. Chapter VI details the construction technologies of the project and the sustainable approach it will take.
