In the market study it has been possible to identify that our potential clients are men and women between 18 and 60 years old belonging to socioeconomic levels A / B / C, of the San Miguel district, aimed at economically active people, who have purchasing power medium - high, who have a greater concern for health care and long - term disease prevention, obtaining an attractive target market of 79 potential clients per day. Through the study carried out, it is demonstrated that the implementation of a healthy food restaurant located in the district of San Miguel is both economically and financially profitable, with the Financial Option being the most viable for the investment project presented.
