description La investigación analiza la problemática del distrito de veintiséis de octubre en relación a la desescolarización y la deficiente infraestructura de los CEBEs, que no están diseñados acorde a las necesidades de los niños con habilidades diferentes. Este distrito, con un alto porcentaje de niños en esta situación, enfrenta una grave falta de atención especializada. En respuesta, se plantean problemas y objetivos tanto generales como específicos, subrayando la importancia de incorporar elementos naturales, establecer centros de apoyo psicológico, implementar transporte accesible y crear espacios flexibles y sostenibles para mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños. La investigación se basa en estudios previos sobre adaptación de entornos educativos, educación inclusiva y neuroarquitectura, influyentes en el desarrollo de los estudiantes y su entorno. Los hallazgos contribuirán a propuestas que mejoren la infraestructura, la capacitación docente y las políticas inclusivas, garantizando una educación de calidad y adecuada para estos estudiantes. Asimismo, la metodología es cualitativa, con enfoque no experimental-descriptivo. Los datos se recolectaron mediante entrevistas y observación directa, utilizando guías de entrevistas semiestructuradas y fichas de observación.

This district, with a high percentage of children in this situation, faces a serious lack of specialized care. In response, both general and specific problems and objectives are raised, underlining the importance of incorporating natural elements, establishing psychological support centers, implementing accessible transportation and creating flexible and sustainable spaces to improve the quality of life of children. The research is based on previous studies on adaptation of educational environments, inclusive education and neuroarchitecture, influential in the development of students and their environment. The findings will contribute to proposals that improve infrastructure, teacher training and inclusive policies, guaranteeing quality and adequate education for these students. Likewise, the methodology is qualitative, with a non-experimental-descriptive approach.
