description Este proyecto de diseño de un centro de educación básica especial nivel inicial y primario ubicado en el centro poblado wichanzao distrito de La Esperanza, se realizaron estudios previos donde se tomaron las estadísticas dadas en diferentes plataformas de estadísticas, y se analizó la falta de oferta de estos centros educativos según la demanda que existe en el sector indicado. Se analizaron y se tomaron en cuenta los criterios de la neuro arquitectura, confort bioclimático y arquitectura universal, diferentes enfoques, como el contexto, la accesibilidad del terreno, la ubicación, la cuadricula urbana y el carácter social y dinámica del sector, para poder encontrar el mejor diseño para el proyecto. Se presenta para el cebe la programación arquitectónica, para poder ordenar los espacios que se generaran en el terreno dado, para luego representarlos mediante planos, cortes, elevaciones, isometrías, vistas 3d y recorridos virtuales. Posteriormente se comenzó el desarrollo estructural y especialidades del proyecto social, se busca así no solo cumplir los estándares de diseño, sino también mejorar la calidad de atención y la experiencia del usuario en este centro educativo básico especial nivel inicial y primario.

The criteria of neuro architecture, bioclimatic comfort and universal architecture, different approaches, such as the context, the accessibility of the land, the location, the urban grid and the social character and dynamics of the sector, were analyzed and taken into account in order to find the best design for the project. The architectural programming is presented for the CEBE, to be able to organize the spaces that will be generated on the given terrain, and then represent them through plans, sections, elevations, isometries, 3D views and virtual tours.
