description El presente proyecto se basa en la creación de una “Nueva Infraestructura Nivel Secundaria Para La Institución Educativa Antonio Raimondi En El Distrito Pacasmayo” ubicado el Departamento de La Libertad. En respuesta a los problemas detectados en dicha institución educativa, posee muchas carencias, las más importante es la infraestructura, dentro de la cual está la necesidad de mejorar y modernizar las principales deficiencias existentes. La actual infraestructura de la I.E. Antonio Raimondi - Pacasmayo, posee un programa arquitectónico en el que no están considerados todos los ambientes educativos necesarios, los espacios mínimos, ni la dotación de servicios higiénicos requeridos según las Normas técnicas de diseño de locales educativos. El proyecto busca contribuir en la calidad educativa de la institución y el desarrollo educativo de los estudiantes. De igual forma, lograr una expresión innovadora en cuanto a la espacialidad y función, haciendo uso de los conceptos de espacios multifuncionales y escuela libre; Además, se propone incorporar en el proyecto sistemas que disminuyan el consumo energético, brindando sostenibilidad a los usuarios y al proyecto

In response to the problems detected in said educational institution, it has many deficiencies, the most important of which is the infrastructure, within which is the need to improve and modernize the main existing deficiencies. The current infrastructure of the Antonio Raimondi Educational Institution - Pacasmayo, has an architectural program in which not all the necessary educational environments, the minimum spaces, nor the provision of required hygienic services according to the technical standards for the design of educational premises are considered. In this way, contribute to the educational quality of the institution and the educational development of the students, Similarly, it seeks to achieve an innovative expression in terms of the spatiality and function of the project, making use of the concepts of multifunctional spaces and free school; in this way academic activities can be shared at both levels.
