El terreno donde se plantea el proyecto se ubica en el centro de la ciudad de Huaraz además de ser propiedad del Ministerio de Salud. Posteriormente se realizó la programación de áreas llevada a cabo con los reglamentos actualizados de cada unidad prestadora de servicios de salud, programa médico arquitectónico, el reglamento del ministerio de salud y análisis de casos. Finalmente teniendo el área total el proyecto se realizó un cálculo del costo referencial de la inversión de la obra.

The field where the project is proposed is located in the center of the city of Huaraz well as being owned by the Ministry of Health. Subsequently we elaborate the programming areas, it carried out with the current regulations of each provider health care unit, medical-architectural program, the health ministry rules and case analysis regulations.
