MATERIALES Y METODOS: La muestra posee 122 estudiantes de la escuela de estomatología del 8vo al 10mo ciclo. Para el procedimiento se encuestó 20 preguntas cada una. Para la muestra se utilizó una fórmula de muestreo aleatorio simple para población finita, obteniendo la totalidad de estudiantes al cual serán encuestados, después se realizó paquetes estadísticos para cada objetivo específico. RESULTADOS: Resultando por ciclo de estudios, en el octavo ciclo tienen 2 estudiantes (25%) malos y 22 (33.3%) buenos; en el noveno ciclo a 2 (25%) malos y 20 (30.3) buenos y el décimo ciclo 4 (50%) malos y 24 (36.4%) buenos. Según el sexo resultó en el nivel malo para las mujeres 6 (75%) y varones 2 (25%); bueno mujeres 45 (68.2%) y varones 21 (31.8%). Los resultados según las condiciones fisiológicas son el 30.3% malo y 29.5% bueno. Para mitos y realidades resultó 1.6% malo y 52.5% bueno. Para el uso de fármacos es 18.9% malo y 44.3% bueno. CONCLUSIONES: Concluyendo un nivel regular en los estudiantes de estomatología con respecto a los temas evaluados, por lo que se recomienda dar más información sobre el tema para tratar adecuadamente al paciente

MATERIALS AND METHODS: The sample has 122 students from the school of dentistry from the 8th to the 10th cycle. For the procedure, 20 questions each were surveyed. For the sample, a simple random sampling formula was used for a finite population, obtaining all the students who will be surveyed, then statistical packages were made for each specific objective. RESULTS: Resulting by cycle of studies, in the eighth cycle they have 2 students (25%) bad and 22 (33.3%) good; in the ninth cycle 2 (25%) bad and 20 (30.3) good and the tenth cycle 4 (50%) bad and 24 (36.4%) good.
