Este estudio analiza el impacto del uso de la carta balance en las cuadrillas de trabajo en el proyecto de saneamiento de Contumazá, con el fin de mejorar la productividad y eficiencia en la ejecución de las obras. Los antecedentes indican que la industria de la construcción enfrenta problemas como pérdidas económicas, desperdicios y ampliaciones de tiempos en proyectos, lo que afecta la rentabilidad. El objetivo principal fue determinar cómo la carta balance influye en la productividad de las cuadrillas de trabajo. La metodología incluyó la implementación de esta herramienta en diversas partidas de obra, evaluando el tiempo productivo, contributorio y no contributivo. Los resultados mostraron un aumento significativo en la productividad, con una mejora global del 25.09%. Se observó una reducción en el trabajo no contributivo y un aumento en las tareas productivas. Las conclusiones sugieren que la carta balance es una herramienta eficaz para optimizar recursos y mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos, recomendando su aplicación en otras áreas y proyectos futuros, así como la capacitación continua de las cuadrillas para mantener los resultados obtenidos. |

The background indicates that the construction industry faces problems such as economic losses, waste and time extensions in projects, which affects profitability. The main objective was to determine how the balance sheet influences the productivity of work crews. The methodology included the implementation of this tool in various work items, evaluating productive, contributory and non-contributory time. The results showed a significant increase in productivity, with an overall improvement of 25.09%. A reduction in non-contributory work and an increase in productive tasks were observed.
