description La región San Martin es una de las alternativas de turismo ecológico por su vasta sabana verde, su territorio está inmerso en la amazonia peruana y por ende el distrito a desarrollar e intervenir es San Antonio de Cumbaza; el Distrito presenta un auge turístico no controlado y pasajero ya que es uno de los Distritos que se encuentra a tan solo 14 kilómetros de distancia de la ciudad de Tarapoto, el Distrito de San Antonio de Cumbaza presenta potenciales turísticos que necesitan ser fortalecidos por lo cual mediante este proyecto se estableció que el distrito presenta las riberas del rio, cascadas de Huacamaillo y costumbres vitivinícolas que no tienen la importancia necesaria para consolidar el auge turístico de la zona. Mediante el análisis respectivo se determinó realizar el proyecto de Albergue Turístico el cual forma parte de un Eje que une la parte Alta y Baja del Distrito, el eje esta en dirección al proyecto, que además está en un Borde Urbano el cual permite que el turista recorra prolongando su estadía en el distrito. En adelante el proyecto sea un motivo que mejore las expectativas y la afluencia de turistas porque contempla actividades para descansar, relajamiento, alimentación, vivenciar, jugar, pernoctar, socializar, etc. El proyecto de Albergue turístico presenta en su construcción materiales que garantizan seguridad, tranquilidad y confort para sus ocupantes; larga duración para su infraestructura es parte importante en este proyecto considerando que el mantenimiento del mismo sea el adecuado, los sistemas de saneamiento no alteran ni perjudicaran al medio natural que lo rodea. Considerando todos los aspectos mencionados de este proyecto se plantea su desarrollo tal como se especifica y anexa en presente trabajo de tesis.

By means of the respective analysis it was determined to realize the project of Tourist Hostel which forms part of an Axis that unites the Upper and Lower part of the District, the axis is in the direction of the project, that also is in an Urban Edge which allows the tourist Go on to extend your stay in the district. From now on the project is a motive that improves the expectations and the influx of tourists because it contemplates activities to rest, relax, food, experience, play, overnight, socialize, etc. The project of Tourist Hostel presents in its construction materials that guarantee security, tranquility and comfort for its occupants; Long duration for its infrastructure is an important part in this project considering that the maintenance is adequate, sanitation systems do not alter or damage the surrounding natural environment.
