La poblaciÛn fue un total de 923 docentes en el estudio, de los cuales se seleccionÛ 88 docentes mediante un muestreo intencional. La herramienta utilizada fue el Inventario de Manejo de Conflictos por Thomas Kilman (TKI), traducido al castellano y adaptado por RodrÌguez (2012) a la realidad peruana, la adaptaciÛn utilizada en el presente trabajo de investigaciÛn fue la de Ampuero (2017). En los resultados se encontrÛ que en los docentes de Instituciones Educativas Estatales del distrito de Chincha alta predomina el estilo de manejo de conflicto complaciente; mientras que, el estilo evasivo es el menos predominante.

The research level was descriptive, basic type, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of a total of 923 teachers, of whom 88 teachers were selected through purposive sampling. The tool used was the Thomas- Kilmann Inventory of Conflict Management (TKI), translated into Spanish and adapted to the Peruvian reality by RodrÌguez (2012), the adaptation used in the present research was that of Ampuero (2017).
