description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal del centro de salud Jaime Zubieta Calderón San Juan de Lurigancho - 2023. Materiales y método: Se asumió el enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. Se contó con una muestra de 80 personales de salud del establecimiento de salud Jaime Zubieta Calderón, Ubicado en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, durante el mes de abril del 2023. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y fue empleado el cuestionario OIT -OMS, que está comprendido por 25 interrogantes y dividida en 7 dimensiones. Resultados: 47,50% tienen un bajo nivel de estrés, 46,25% tienen un nivel medio de estrés, 5,00% tienen estrés y el 1,25% tienen un alto nivel de estrés. En clima organizacional, el 42,5% tuvo bajo nivel de estrés, en estructura organizacional, el 46,3% tuvo bajo nivel de estrés, en territorio organizacional, el 63,7% tuvo bajo nivel de estrés, en tecnología el 48,8% tuvo nivel medio de estrés, en influencia del líder el 55,00% tuvo nivel bajo de estrés, en falta de cohesión el 50,00% tuvo nivel bajo de estrés, en respaldo del grupo el 63,75% tuvo nivel medio de estrés. Conclusiones: en cuanto al estrés laboral, fue más frecuente el nivel bajo, seguido de un nivel medio, estrés y alto nivel de estrés.
