Lo hallado en este estudio indica que la mayor parte de los estudiantes se encuentran en un nivel medio de felicidad (36,88%); sin embargo, los niveles bajo y muy bajo juntos (34,75%) casi igualan al nivel medio, lo cual es necesario tener en cuenta para poder diseñar un programa de intervención que pueda incrementar la felicidad de los sujetos. Por otro lado, en los factores: Sentido Positivo de la vida, Satisfacción con la Vida y Realización Personal, ellos se perciben felices. Sin embargo, en el último factor: Alegría de Vivir expresaron sentirse altamente feliz.

For this, the Scale of Happiness of Lima by Reynaldo Alarcón was used in a sample of 141 subjects aged between 17 and 30 years, university students of the III, IV and V cycle of the career in question. The findings of this study indicate that most of the students are at an average level of happiness (36.88%); however, the low and very low levels together (34.75%) almost equal the average level, which is necessary to take into account in order to design an intervention program that can increase the happiness of the subjects. On the other hand, in the factors: Positive Sense of Life, Satisfaction with Life and Personal Realization, they perceive themselves to be happy.
