description El presente estudio, es el producto de una investigación realizada en el sector obrero de Perú de la empresa RACE S.A.C surquillo 2017 donde se orienta a describir los factores motivacionales y su relación con el clima organizacional ,teniendo en cuenta que es una investigación de tipo descriptiva. Se determinaron los factores que motivan al recurso humano a desempeñar su trabajo con calidad, así como la relación que hay entre la motivación laboral con la productividad, y su motivación laboral personal, la complejidad de motivación laboral requiere de enfoques que tomen en cuenta a los factores personales y ambientales, la práctica y la investigaciones modernas de la administración señalan a la motivación como un factor clave que los gerentes implantan en las relaciones de trabajo que crean y supervisan. Las evidencias obtenidas permiten sustentar su existencia, también se presenta en esta investigación las definiciones y la fundamentación conceptuales de los factores derivados.

We determined the factors that motive human resources to perform their work with quality, as well as the relationship between labor motivation and productivity, and their personal work motivation the complexity of work motivation requires approaches that take into account the personal and environmental factors, the practice and the modern investigations of the administration point to motivation as a key factors the managers implant in the work relationship they create and supervise.
