La muestra seleccionada en la investigación está conformada por 99 personas en la posición de ejecutivos en ventas, asesores de ventas del área de crédito, que hacen uso de la tecnología, computadoras, móviles, tablets con alto riesgo de enfermedad. Se utilizó el instrumento: Escala de Tecnoestrés de la psicóloga Salanova. Se concluyó que se presenta un nivel de tecnoestrés en la categoría promedio (65 %), la dimensión escepticismo se encuentra en la categoría promedio (56%).

The main objective is to describe the presence of technostress in a group of workers in a company in the financial sector - Cajas, for the impact and relevance in their performance in sales and job performance. The sample selected in the research is made up of 99 people in the position of executives in sales, sales advisors in the credit area, who make use of technology, computers, mobile phones, tablets with high risk of disease. The instrument was used: Scale of Technosthress of the psychologist Salanova.
