El objetivo de este estudio ha sido determinar en qué medida la ejecución de talleres vivenciales desarrolla la conciencia ambiental en los docentes de educación primaria. La metodología tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño cuasi-experimental, con un grupo control y otro experimental, sobre el cual se realizaron 12 sesiones de aprendizaje experiencial, combinando actividades teóricas y prácticas. Los resultados mostraron mejoras significativas en la conciencia ambiental de los docentes del grupo experimental, igualmente en cada una de sus dimensiones: cognitiva, afectiva, conativa y activa, sobre todo en esta última. Se concluye que los talleres vivenciales son efectivos para una mayor sensibilización y compromiso ambiental en los docentes, sugiriendo su implementación para fomentar prácticas escolares sostenibles.
