Sumario:This paper objective is to highlight the opportunity to exploit rubber characteristics instead of been left in government deposits, the wheels rubbers will be reused to produce roof units The characteristics of this material will allow to transfer permeability , thermal isolation and flexibility to the produced roof units; these features will be of great use in rainy geographies or frequent hail regions The theoretical framework will detail the research tools used in the paper, the importance of the method used and the conclusions derived from it. There will be a comparison between different locations to build up a the rubber roof factory, these three prospects will be contrasted based on multiple factors. As a result, Lima was the one which presented better material availability, biggest demand and transportation facilities. Then, a market research determined the expected demand and therefore quantified the capacity required to produce enough product. To analyze the factory production capacity, the process was described, its technical specifications; the operators requirement; then a blocks diagram resumes the entire process. The final results stipulate a TIR of 101% and a VAN of S/. 4’945’079, based in these indicators it is correct to conclude that the proposed project is feasible. The investment required to purchase the machinery, rent a terrain in a industrial park in Chilca would be of S/. 2’609’986 and a working capital of S/.925’538
