Was applied to opinion polls: 01 = planning = 02 = 03 enforcement and implementation of the evaluation. Also the analysis of the records of letters. The results reveal a low correlation between the characteristics of the evaluation system of learning and vocational training, which demonstrates that there is a direct and significant influence at low level features of the evaluation system of learning, low training of students.El propósito de la investigación fue determinar el grado de influencia de las Características del Sistema de Evaluación del Aprendizaje en la Formación Profesional de los Estudiantes de la UNHEVAL. El tipo de investigación fue el descriptivo-explicativo, con diseño transeccional, correlacional-causal y retrospectivo; se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia con una muestra representativa del 34% de la población por facultades. Se aplicó las encuestas de opinión: 01=planificación, 02=ejecución y 03=Aplicación de la evaluación. Asimismo el análisis de las actas de notas.
