In this sense, this article adapts the Career Path Survey to Spanish in order to evaluate the dimensions of the Glass Ceiling in the organizational environment. It also analyzes the salary gap and the challenges posed by the existence of the Glass Ceiling phenomenon. Through this study it was possible to calculate the reliability of the 38-item scale after adapting it to Spanish. In addition, the results of the study improve the level of understanding of the obstacles faced by women in the workplace and provide recommendations for future research and intervention programs.El fenómeno del Techo de Cristal, referido a las barreras invisibles que dificultan el acceso de las mujeres a puestos de alta jerarquía, plantea una serie de implicancias relacionadas a la discriminación de género, las cuales requieren ser analizadas en el ámbito académico. En ese sentido, en el presente artículo se adapta la Encuesta de Trayectoria Profesional al español para evaluar las dimensiones del Techo de Cristal en el ámbito organizacional. Asimismo, se analiza la brecha salarial, y los retos que plantea la existencia del fenómeno del Techo de Cristal. A través del presente estudio se pudo calcular la confiabilidad de la escala de 38 ítems tras adaptarla al español.
