Se realiza un análisis detallado de las teorías, dificultades y estrategias en la resolución de problemas matemáticos, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo, con un análisis documental sobre la unidad de análisis. Los datos fueron recopilados a través del fichaje y la búsqueda bibliográfica, y posteriormente se analizaron mediante las fichas y un registro de páginas electrónicas. Los resultados obtenidos indican que se pudo explicar las estrategias didácticas para la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes de la Educación Básica Regular del nivel secundario. Estos hallazgos permiten concluir que se evidencia que la explicación y aplicación de estrategias didácticas basadas en marcos teóricos sólidos y orientados a superar las dificultades identificadas potencian el aprendizaje matemático integral en los estudiantes de nivel secundario dentro de la Educación Básica Regular.This dissertation addresses the issue of mathematical problem solving, in order to explain the didactic strategies for the resolution of problem situations in the area of mathematics in students of Regular Basic Education at the secondary level. A detailed analysis of the theories, difficulties and strategies in mathematical problem solving is carried out, using a qualitative approach, with a documentary analysis on the unit of analysis. The data were collected through the file and bibliographic search, and subsequently analyzed by means of the cards and a record of electronic pages. The results obtained indicate that it was possible to explain the didactic strategies for solving mathematical problems in students of Regular Basic Education at the secondary level.
