ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DEL TALENTO HUMANO DEL PERSONAL MÉDICO DE DOS HOSPITALES PÚBLICOS DE LA REGIÓN JUNÍN EN EL PERÚ

El estudio tuvo como objetivo comparar el talentohumano del personal médico del Hospital RegionalMaterno Infantil “El Carmen” con el talento humano delpersonal médico del Hospital Regional Docente ClínicoQuirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión” ubicados en laregión Junín en el Perú. La investigación fue tipo básica,diseño descriptivo comparativo de corte transversal. Sedeterminaron dos muestras de 100 usuarios de servicioshospitalarios cada una. La selección de los usuarios fue noprobabilística por conveniencia. El instrumento utilizadofue una escala de actitud del tipo Likert compuesta por36 ítems, ordenados en función a las siete dimensionesen las que se compone la variable. Para contrastar lahipótesis y encontrar si existe diferencia significativa seutilizó la prueba U de Mann Whitney de comparación demuestras independientes. De acuerdo a los resultados,no existe una diferencia significativa en el talento humanodel personal médico entre ambos hospitales, la prueba Ude Mann Withney arrojó un nivel de significancia sig. de0,230 ˃ 0,01.
The study aimed to compare the human talentof the medical staff of the Maternal and Child RegionalHospital “El Carmen” with the human talent of the medicalstaff of the Regional Clinical Teaching Hospital “DanielAlcides Carrión” located in the Junín region in Peru. Theresearch was basic type, descriptive cross-sectionaldescriptive design. Two samples of 100 hospital serviceusers each were determined. User selection was notprobabilistic for convenience. The instrument used was anLikert type attitude scale composed of 36 items, arrangedaccording to the seven dimensions in which the variableis composed. To test the hypothesis and find out if thereis a significant difference, the Mann Whitney U test forcomparison of independent samples was used. Accordingto the results, there is no significant difference in thehuman talent of the medical staff between both hospitals,the Mann Withney U test showed a level of significancesig. of 0.230 ˃ 0.01.
