This study assesses the effectiveness of programs aimed at preventing and legally addressing sexual violence in Ecuadorian educational institutions. A quantitative and descriptive approach is employed, using surveys to collect data from parents whose children have been victims of sexual violence. The results indicate that legal assistance programs increase formal reports and provide emotional support to victims. The need for comprehensive programs is emphasized, and improvements in preventive measures and legal procedures are proposed. The study underscores the importance of legal counseling in combating sexual violence in educational contexts in Ecuador.

A quasi-experimental study was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of a neuropsychological intervention program on academic skills in reading, writing and mathematics in a group of first grade girls and boys of primary school at the Cadena Las Playas educational institution. municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia, aged between 5 and 6 years, belonging to a low socioeconomic condition. Two groups were formed, the experimental and the control, each with 19 students. Measurement tests in reading, writing and arithmetic were applied to each participant. Subsequently, a neuropsychological intervention program was applied to the experimental group for seven months, consisting of group training using the NeuronUP kids program. This study evaluated the online implementation of a positive psychological intervention for retirees during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). The instruments were: a sociodemographic questionnaire, visual analog scale, program and sessions’ evaluation form, and moderator’s field diary. Participants’ mood improved after the themes: values and self-care, optimism, empathy, meaning of life, and work. This article presents an experience carried out by the faculty of the third year of the Infant Education degree at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona (Spain). A proposal for multidisciplinary intervention that joins two modules: one for arts (musical, corporal, visual, and plastic education) and another for sciences (mathematics, and experimental and social sciences). The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences. The present study was established with the purpose of determining the level of creativity of the children of the Pre-scholar Educational Institution N ° 598 "Los Amautas" - Sócota, Cutervo. Considering that when carrying out the corresponding analysis of the problem it was found that there is a low level of development of creativity which limits the development of the learning process of the educational institution. The study design was a pre experimental type. This paper reports the results of the first experimental evidence of the application of virtual reality in Construction Engineering, which aims to make evident the advantages of the use of technological as teaching tools in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering. The test was conducted with students of Graphic Expression Techniques course, in the Civil Engineering program of EAFIT University, Medellín, in the topic of isometric interpretation and generation of its views. The results indicate the high acceptance of the tool and show the benefits of virtual reality for the graphical interpretation of some concepts in Architecture and Engineering.

Currently, the representations of gender that are made on television have a certain impact on society because this medium can generate various debates and influences regarding the roles established for both women and men. It is considered that this study is relevant to continue knowing how people interpret the representation of women in television series. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional consistió en la aplicación de un programa a un niño de 7 años con diagnóstico de TDAH. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general incrementar el nivel de eficacia atencional y como objetivos específicos mejorar la percepción visual y la eficiencia atencional mediante técnicas cognitivas conductuales, gimnasia cerebral, discriminación visual y actividades lúdicas. Para su evaluación se realizó la comparación de un pre-test y post-test mediante el Test Percepción de diferencias Caras - R. De acuerdo con los resultados en la evaluación pre-test se observa un puntaje de rango muy bajo (11%) en el nivel de eficacia atencional, sin embargo, después de la intervención, alcanzó puntajes moderados (44%).
