In this research has done a web system that has been called INTERSYS, using agile development methodology Scrum, with the aim of measure the level of satisfaction of foreign students in the process of aplication for an exchange in la Universidad Católica Santos Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). The research has shown that, in Peru, public institutions have a deficient service in document management, as a result, it generates loss of time, accumulation and low security of documents, which affects citizens. Therefore, this paper proposes to implement RPA technology through a web system, which has been developed, as objective of automating the workflow and avoiding performing repetitive tasks. This technological solution will generate great improvements for public institutions such as the reduction of the attention time for a procedure in order to prevent the dissatisfaction of citizens. This paper presents a methodology for designing a strategy proportional integral controller (PI) given that the policy will be implemented in an industrial process controller. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. Implement the control system to verify the behavior of the closed loop system in relation to the specifi ed control objective.

At present diverse illnesses exist between soft, mortal and silent, in which some studies of the biomedical try to minimize and/or help to fight these illnesses. Due to this, in this paper presents a processing and comparison system of brainwaves, the patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, they are not able to move and/or use any of their body extremities so could communicate their basics needs by the brainwaves produced by their brains, taking apart the communication by the flickers, showing a more reliable and exact alternative. The following work consists of the design of a Wireless System able to show the brainwaves produced by the patient with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and also process and compare to get the meaning of each of them identifying the basics needs; moreover, it will benefit the family because it's going to exist a nonverbal communication with the patient.

The purpose of the research was to determine the degree of influence of the characteristics of the system of assessment of learning in the Vocational Student of the UNHEVAL. The type of research was the descriptive-explanatory design transectional, causal-correlational and retrospective, we applied a non-probability sampling with a convenience sample of 34% of the population authority. Was applied to opinion polls: 01 = planning = 02 = 03 enforcement and implementation of the evaluation. Also the analysis of the records of letters. The results reveal a low correlation between the characteristics of the evaluation system of learning and vocational training, which demonstrates that there is a direct and significant influence at low level features of the evaluation system of learning, low training of students.

To apply a Quality Management System (QMS) in small business, is a worth experience and also it is an example for others in Peru. This is the reason why we describe this experience that is due to a work done to implement the QMS ISO 9001:2008 with an emphasis on production, in a small company of industrial garment, being this, the first in the country to certify in that field. The article points out the requirements and the proper procedure to be followed by a small industrial clothing company to achieve a successful implementation in their organizations and obtain the certification.

The article points out the requirements and the proper procedure to be followed by a small industrial clothing company to achieve a successful implementation in their organizations and obtain the certification.

The industrial faculty posgrade unit of UNMSM (UPG) since 2007 had an accelerated growing in programs and students, in this scenario, the academic - management system was not enough to the higher education modern approach, generating the next question: What kind of quality management design is appropriate and how to must be implemented at the UPG taking as a base the ISO 9001 standard?. In order to answer this question, the work team applied concepts like continuously improvement and the process map analysis ; having as a result the validation of the System Management of Academic – Administrative Quality in two academic semesters.
