The purpose of this report is to analyze the exchange and extra-exchange actions, which derive from a security, this is done with the purpose of knowing what types of shares the holder can exercise in case of default. Any security title that contains the exchange relationship may go through the Single Execution Process, if it does not possess it, it will go through another judicial route. In other words, the holder will never lose the power to claim the primitive obligation, but it will depend on which way he should go, since our legislation favors the legitimate creditor of any abuse of right.

Historically, we have sought to reconcile the interests of workers and company owners, recognizing that the efforts of employees should be rewarded and motivated, as well as the vision of investors. We propose a mechanism where shares are awarded to outstanding workers based on their performance, subject to ongoing evaluations, with the possibility of recovery for non-compliance. Shareholders welcome these workers, but the shares are expected to be non-transferable and not part of a succession process, seeking to balance the needs of the workers with the protection of shareholder interests.

This article proposes a comprehension of social changes in the peasant community of Catac as results of collective action in a context where challenges present themselves as political opportunities and social contentions as well as internal demands of interest groups or factions. In an heterogeneous community as Catac, collective action is not something that is taken for granted but it is deliberately created and constituted. However, it tends to be fragile and usually breaks because of outside pressures and the power relations defined as relations among factions that exist in community.

RESUMEN En el Asentamiento Humano “Las Torres de San Borja”, ubicado en el distrito de Moche, se realizó un proyecto de Responsabilidad Social denominado “Escuela Sabatina”; el cual tuvo el propósito de que los estudiantes desde el nivel inicial hasta el nivel secundario asistan a todas las clases para que de esta manera complementen su proceso de aprendizaje llevado a lo largo de la semana, además de ayudar en su formación personal y formándolos para que sean capaces de aportar con acciones positivas dentro de su comunidad. The aim of this paper is to propose, through a study of tragedy, an ethical reconfiguration of communal life that enables us to move beyond the typical modern dichotomies, notably the division between subject and object. Rendering the tragic process explicit necessarily leads to a shared, affective, and unplanned point with the aim of reformulating the very rationality of the unilateral history determined under a normative field. Following the conceptual developments, I intend to establish a connection between the themes of tragedy and history in Hegel from the perspective of a theory of action.

Engagement has received a growing study within the Social Sciences until becoming the mainstream of public communication. The digital environments make possible to study their manifestation through symbolic behavior, publicly recorded, in the form of "Like", Share or Comment messages. However, it has been pointed out that its definition is in a state of refinement, so a synthesis was made based on a multidisciplinary state of issue, as well as a quantification of its evolution in the last 30 years, finding an increase of 1300 % in its academic use. Despite the great potential for interaction generated by the engagement, this process remains constrained to a traditional use in which social network administrators prefer to keep the information under control.

The increase in the rates of complaints for intrafamily violence is a reflection of the levels of conflict among those who make it up, the most affected part being the children, who in turn become the reason for disputes between the parents over their possession, visits and food, generating acts of violence between parents that have repercussions on the children, in view of which, it is the role of judges to proactively assume the issuance not only of the protection measures provided by law, but also of precautionary measures on those points in dispute and that should be resolved on the merits with the urgency of the case and with the guarantees of due process before the competent court. The experience that is shared is framed within that purpose of guaranteeing in the best way the protection of victims, access to justice and the cessation of violence.

From an action research it is sought to identify the necessary elements to incorporate the psychoeducational approach to the educational management of a Family Residence in the south of Chile. The qualitative techniques of interviews and participatory diagnostic workshop were used to produce data. The results refer to components of the psychoeducational approach such as, their understanding of the relationship helps, the strategies to use the shared experience and the tools of diagnosis, planning and evaluation, positively influence the educational management of the center. Its incorporation requires a systematic and permanent process over time, as well as the confluence of the presence of criteria and conditions for its appropriation as an approach and intervention methodology by the center’s staff.

Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. The goal of this essay is to share the project proposal about the use of the action research approach in the degree completion award process for students in thePre-school and Primary Education specialization in a private higher education institution of Lima. This is done within the framework of the implementationprocess for the new curriculum plan initiated in 2013. In that sense, we highlightthe characteristics of this type of research that have been embodied in practice, theprocess followed for its application, as well as achievements, difficulties and theaspects that we still need to work out. Lastly, some thoughts are proposed to consolidate this type of research in the academic and organizational structure of thisinstitution, which could prove useful for higher education institutions interestedin the implementation of this research approach.

Rationality is a theoretical framework to understand that social and economic behavior which contributes to better decisional processes. This role of rationality generates expectations from the stakeholders of the decisional process, one of which is refers to the need of including ethical criteria within the decisional process itself. La presente investigación analiza los procesos de información (selección, verificación y valoración) y los patrones de interacción de la Generación Y al consumir contenidos noticiosos en Facebook en Lima Metropolitana y el Callao. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y un diseño no experimental transeccional, se aplicó una encuesta en línea a una muestra de 384 personas con edades entre 29 y 44 años.
