In the present article, we present a number of recommendations that parents must take into account with regard to the integral development of their children, particularly during the first three years of their life; in relation to the alarm signals that may appear and that are linked to some disorder, as well as behaviors in excess or deficits, which suggest actions (incentives and reinforcements) that parents can undertake in relation to motor development, imitation, communication, autonomy, social interaction and games.

In this essay, it is made a reflection about reading and writing processes, and the practices which are part of school. In the present dissertation, we analyze the vision about education assistants to inclusive school, also called, in diverse latitudes, teaching assistants or teacher’s aides, although not indistinctly. In this regard, we started with a documentary research, where a number of documents were reviewed (articles, research, essays, papers, degree theses and master’s theses, including legal and regulatory documents), which referred to this professional, in order to understand how it is defined, what their profile, their role or their duties within the educational organization are and how they are linked or should be linked with the other participants in the process. In the framework of the current dissertation, from a systemic approach, the process of inclusive education, seen as a complex phenomenon in which interact, in addition to the subject itself, which are the learners, various actors, systems and subsystems: the Family, the school as an institution, the teachers, the curriculum, the support professionals, the institutions that provide psychoeducational and therapeutic services, among others.
