En el presente trabajo, se problematiza la forma en la que se articulan ejercicios de memoria urbana, posicionando a la literatura dentro de las disputas de la memoria, desde donde se puede visibilizar el pasado no resuelto y reaccionar ante los relatos hegemónicos que se pretendieron instalar en después de la dictadura cívico militar (1973-1990). Para ello, se analiza la obra El palacio de la Risa, texto publicado en 1994 en el que Germán Marín reconstruye la historia de Villa Grimaldi, espacio utilizado por el régimen de Pinochet como un centro de detención, tortura y exterminio bajo el nombre de Cuartel Terranova. The commissioning of port activities related to the movement of metals could affect the quality of the environment causing pollution by heavy metals, these are considered the most dangerous. The impact of the fishing industry was evaluated in the coastal marine system of Puerto Malabrigo; Rázuri district, Ascope county; Region LA Libertad from May to December 2003. Four sampling stations were settled down, 1: 500 meters at south of the jetty, 2: Betwen snub and borders in front of SIPESA plant; 3: Betwen snub and borders in front of HAYDUCK SAC plant, 4: At one Km at north of the station 3. Samples of surface water and bottom, as well as of silts, were took and they analyzed following the methodology suggested in the annexes 1, 2 and 3 of the Ministerial Resolution Nº. 0032002-PE (Protocol for the drain pursuit and receiving marine body of 2002-04-13). The occupation of the Formative in the El Brujo archaeological complex has not yet been fully investigated. The remains of this period are concentrated to the south of the geological platform, between Huaca Paredones to the north and Huaca Prieta to the south. As is known, Huaca Prieta was investigated by Junius Bird in the 1940s and in 2012 Tom Dillehay and his team excavated the same Preceramic mound and other areas, whose radiocarbon dates exceed 14,000 years old. In this article, the results that the El Brujo Archaeological Program obtained in the years 1996 and 2004-2005 are presented with the purpose of understanding the occupation of this period to the south of the archaeological complex. Genetic structure of the populations of H. inornata was evaluated and the barriers for genetic flux and historic processes were investigated. Samples were collected trying to cover the distribution range of the species, from Mexico to northern Perú. Based on COI sequences, 118 haplotypes from 220 specimens were detected; the differences between such haplotypes were due to 97 variable sites (21.41%) of the 453 bp sequenced. A high haplotype diversity (h=0.979) and a moderate nucleotidic diversity were observed. The values of Fst, the exact test of population differentiation, and the molecular variance analysis (AMOVA) were used in order to analyze the genetic differentiation. These analyses suggest the existence of two populations: northern, off the coasts of Sinaloa, Jalisco, Michoacán, Guerrero, and Oaxaca, and southern, off the coasts of Chiapas, El Salvador, Panamá and Perú. En la bahía de Samanco se asientan empresas pesqueras que procesan anchoveta para la producción de harina y aceite de pescado y se cultiva Argopecten purpuratus que simultáneamente generan residuos líquidos y orgánicos contaminando al ecosistema acuático, lo cual motivó la presente investigación, cuyo objetivo fue determinar los efectos de la contaminación sobre el ecosistema marino de la bahía de Samanco generado por la actividad pesquera y acuícola. El Instituto del Mar del Perú proporcionó la data histórica desde el 2003 al 2019 de las evaluaciones del ambiente marino de Samanco.
