In this article, the author presents to us the basis that were used by the Constitutional Court to declare the unconstitutionality of the legal classification of the offences of the sanctioning power of the Comptroller General of the Republic, for being contrary to the principles of legality and typicality, to later refer to the treatment that the aforementioned principles in the jurisprudence, doctrine and in national legislation have deserved, and finally culminate pointing out the elements that, in their opinion, should have been considered in the resolution of the case to properly address an issue that considers to be central to the legal system, consistent in the standards for the legal classification of the offences in the sanctioning regimes of the personnel that provides services in the State.

The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between professional skills and quality of service in the company Aqua Expeditions SAC, 2020. In this descriptive and correlational study, of non-experimental design, a sample of 319 people has been taken out of a population of 2 357 clients. For this purpose, the survey technique and the questionnaire have been the data collection instruments. As a final deduction from this work, it can be stated that the collaborators demonstrate skills for the development of their work, such as the skills for planning and organizing their daily tasks regarding the functions of their position. The purpose of the research was to identify the most critical processes for the integral improvement of the operations of the mineral processing services company. This was supported by an external analysis using a PESTL analysis, Porter's 5 forces, Pareto diagram, among others, which served as the basis for the diagnosis of the commercial, operational, human resources and financial processes, which are distributed over nine chapters. This study was carried out in the Loretillo forest concession (No. 17-TAM/C-OPB-A-026-07), located in the Las Piedras River conservation corridor in Tambopata, Madre de Dios. The main objective was to conduct an inventory of wildlife species, focusing on their use as bioindicators of the ecosystems within the concession. The study considered variables such as the species composition of flora, birds, and mammals, as well as the ecosystem services they provide (ESS). To this end, eight Permanent Sampling Plots (PSPs) and linear transects were established, distributed across two predominant ecosystem types: alluvial flooded forest (B-ai) and lowland hill forest (B-cb). The analyses included alpha and beta diversity indices, ecological importance values (IVI), and parameters related to threatened species. The research presented had as a general objective to determine the relationship between meritocracy and performance in the public service career in the District Municipality of Indiana, 2021; Also, a descriptive study - correlational and non-experimental design has been chosen, from which a sample of 32 public servants has been taken, who were surveyed through a questionnaire. However, its development has been continuously affected by inadequate government policies and by corrosive and constant corruption acts. Now, in the 21st century, the health system has undergone some sort of reconstruction, but still with a very low budget and continuing venal practices that impede its proper functioning. In this work a diagnosis of the organizational culture of the National Service of Training in Industrial Employment (SENATI), La Libertad, on the basis of the changes from the last five years 2000-2005 is proposed.
