It is vitally important to carry out studies that provide knowledge about history, since this is the basis for the interpretation and enhancement of heritage. In this case, given the scarce material evidence related to the Conchos prison, it is necessary to make a reconstruction or interpretation on a hypothetical level of its structure and spaces, to better understand its functioning, as well as its role in defense, but above all, in the settlement of Nueva Vizcaya. We worked based on our experience on the subject, reviewing the historiography and also through a comparative analysis between interpretation proposals, as well as making analogies with other contemporary fortifications. Thus, a satisfactory identification and reconstruction of the property was achieved, allowing clarity about its history and role within the occupation and pacification of colonial northern Mexico.

In the present work I will try to explain two lines of interpretation of the discussed article that regulates the crime of feminicide in our Penal Code, making known the consequences that would follow from accepting them, in addition to some objections to them. Much of the essay will examine the best interpretation of the criminal offense and then the strongest objection that must be faced; I consider the latter the real problem of feminicide. Finally, I will suggest an interpretation of feminicide and the conclusions will be compiled.

In the present work the author makes an analysis and interpretation about the function that architectonic structures ofTaparaku should have, resting above the space distribution and its analogy with other settlements of the same age, letting him define possible areas ofactivity inside the settlement. In spite of the conclusions, which are preliminaries, these must be the starts point offuture researches that include excavations in the archeological site.

The aim of this study was to determine the expression of TCRγδ receptor genes (gamma and delta) in the jejunal epithelium of 16 apparently healthy baby alpacas (2 to 47 days of age), by quantifying messenger RNA (mRNA) using specific primers. Jejunumsamples (2 cm long) were collected. Total mRNA of the medium portion of the jejunum acted as template for complementary DNA synthesis by reverse transcription (RT), followed by real-time PCR for the amplification and quantification of the mRNAs of the polypeptides that make up the gamma and delta chains of the TCR. The 2-ΔΔCt method was used for the relative mRNA quantification, using as calibrator two neonatal alpacas that had not consumed colostrum. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la expresión de genes del receptor TCRγδ (gamma y delta) en el epitelio yeyunal de 16 crías de alpaca aparentemente sanas, de 2 a 47 días de edad, mediante la cuantificación de ARN mensajero (ARNm) utilizando cebadores específicos. Se tomaron porciones de yeyuno (2 cm de longitud). El ARNm total de la mucosa de la porción media del yeyuno actuó como molde para la síntesis de ADN complementario mediante transcripción reversa (RT), seguida de un PCR-tiempo real para la amplificación y cuantificación de los ARNm de los polipéptidos que conforman las cadenas gamma y delta del TCR. This essay examines the local construction of law in San Damián de Urotambo—an indigenous community in Huarochirí—in the early seventeenth century. In Andean towns, the alcaldes (magistrates), commonly members of the local nobility, had jurisdiction over dispute resolution and made use of Castilian law. These alcaldes, representatives of royal power, were central actors in the circulation of legal knowledge. They were also experts in the usage of Castilian judicial and notarial practices. Likewise, litigants were key agents in the process of creating a new juridical order by invoking both European and Pre-Columbian juridical traditions. This essay illustrates how these two legal spheres—Castilian and Andean—mingled and were negotiated by judges and litigants through a process of interlegality.
