It is interesting to notice that authors such as Théry (1985), le Gall and Marin (1993) and le Gall (1996) who study reconstituted families have not dealt with all of the possible consequences of the idea of family constellation, specially the one which states that the concept of family should include more than just residency. Another point to notice is that the paternity and maternity analysis hasn’t been applied within the family modality. Objective:To identify obstacles and errors that manifest students of the National University of Apurimac –Micaela Bastidasregarding the use of different representations of the function concept. Method:Descriptive study with non-experimental design of simple descriptive type. The collection of information was done through a questionnaire composed of 9 open questions, a sample of 99 students from different careers of the University. Results:Students prevail with the conception of function as an equation. Music is an element that appears systematically as part of the rhetorical strategy of audiovisual narratives and is, to that extent, a constitutive part of them. Since audiovisual narratives, especially fictional ones, can be considered as poetic works in the Aristotelian sense, it is worth asking about the role that music plays in this poetic condition. In this research article, a theoretical proposal along these lines is put forward that will serve both to explain the role of music in the work of fiction and to analyze it. The article analyzes the user complaint procedure in regulated sectors, highlighting its importance in the economy and the protection of consumer rights. It examines the dispute resolution function recognized for regulatory agencies, as well as the general regulatory framework applicable to Osiptel, Osinergmin, Sunass, and Sutran, in order to understand its legal-administrative nature.Based on this, key issues are discussed, such as the trilateral configuration of the procedure, the debate on whether concessionary companies can be considered part of the Public Administration when resolving complaints, and the limitations in provides a basis for reflecting on the regulatory and procedural challenges in ensuring effective protection of users’ rights in public services.

Maximum-minimum bidirectional options are a kind of exotic path dependent options. In the constant elasticity of variance (CEV) model a combining trinomial tree was structured to approximate the nonconstant volatility that is a function of the underlying asset. On this basis a simple and efficient recursive algorithm was developed to compute the risk-neutral probability of each different node for the underlying asset reaching a maximum or minimum price and the total number of maxima (minima) in the trinomial tree.
