This article first describes the main characteristics of Project Finance, the legal relationships that are built around a financing operation of this type and the common structure of loan agreements. Then, a specific part of the structure of loan agreements, namely the clause containing the representations and warranties, is discussed in more detail. The literary criticism admits multiple discursive supports. Although it is usual to associate the term ‘criticism’ with the argumentative academic article, its exercise extends to other genres, whose relative lack of definition or ‘minor’ character allows them to advance in domains of uncertain limits. Instead of equating criticism exclusively with the form in which its professional practice is manifested, here we propose to establish the critical function as a common denominator of texts that are inscribed in genres such as the essay, the prologue, the chronicle, and the epistolary (when these are produced between intellectuals who postulate evaluative judgements or cultural and editorial projects). The aim of the article is to study the sustainable practice and the economic role of the agricultural biodiversity in the more unstable environments of the floodplains, the "sand bars" and "silt bars". The study was carried out in seven communities of the "Setor Muyuy" near the town of Iquitos in 2004. This study also compares the agrobiodiversity of a community in 1999. The methodology used is the same applied by the "People, Land Management and Environmental Change" from United Nations University, which prioritizes experimentation, demonstration and explication of the agricultural systems by farmers themselves. The results show the agricultural systems of sand bars and silt bars vary according to the type of annual sediment. In 2004, agricultural credit is promoted for rice. The rationale of this paper is to report by presenting data on the direct recognition of the canal that supplied water for over three hundred years to the city of Wari, from investigations with excavations in several sections of the channel, as a reference for qochas work, canals, reservoirs supplying the metropolis Wari (Perez 2006, 2007 and 2010) and as part of the hydrologic and hydraulic study of inca canal Wari Wari Yarccan or Yarcca in Ayacucho (Chavarría 2010). We believe that this is a great proyec for social and economic infraestructure that the Wari state executed in the Andes during the second half of the first millennium od the present Christian era, about 800 yerars before formation of the Empire of Tawantinsuyo.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) sigue siendo uno de los patógenos más mortales a nivel mundial, a pesar de ser una enfermedad prevenible. La tuberculosis (TB) se trata con una combinación de cuatro medicamentos antituberculosos de primera línea: rifampicina (RIF), isoniacida, pirazinamida y etambutol, para cepas sensibles a los medicamentos. Entre estos, la RIF es uno de los agentes más potentes para controlar la enfermedad. Sin embargo, la resistencia a la RIF conlleva la aparición de casos de TB resistente a la RIF (RR-TB) o multidrogo resistente (MDR-TB). El mecanismo principal de resistencia implica mutaciones en el gen rpoB, que es responsable de aproximadamente el 95% de los casos. The biblical story of the Tower of Babel, in addition to teaching us the importance of communication, can teach us how important it is to establish certain basic rules when sharing a space with other people. These basic rules can be seen embodied, contemporarily, in the rules of condominiums.In the article, the authors explore the nature of these regulations, their basic contents and the functions they perform. Mainly, the bylaws serve to reduce transaction costs between the parties involved, so that they can reach agreements that allow coexistence in a scenario of own and common property.

The cultural evidences registered and investigated for the San Lorenzo Island Archaeological Project suggest that during island’s prehispanic occupation, the main settlement concentrated on the southern tip of the island, at Caleta de la Cruz. There, a temporary fisher’s camp – and/or guano collectors -- and a cemetery were found. Chronologically, this occupation dates from the end of the Late Intermediate Period through the whole Late Horizon (XV – XVI Centuries A.D.). The presence of spondylus’s fragment and other objects with representations of fishes suggests rites with the cult to the sea and the islands, as well as with the “marine fertility”. El primer capítulo define la problemática sobre la falta de sueño de las personas y, por ende, un constante cansancio, que resulta del incremento del ritmo de trabajo. En ese sentido, cobran protagonismo los productos energéticos, razón por la cual se plantea la idea de unos chicles energéticos con cafeína y taurina, con sabor a menta. Estos chicles se caracterizan por su inmediatez y su largo efecto gracias a que tiene la dosis necesaria de cafeína y taurina.
