La anorexia nerviosa (AN) es un trastorno del comportamiento alimentario (TCA) grave, caracterizado por un rechazo a mantener un peso “normal”, que se acompaña de rasgos obsesivos, alteración del ánimo y el pensamiento. Nuestro objetivo es realizar una evaluación neuropsicológica de un caso de anorexia nerviosa, brindando especial atención a los conceptos de funciones ejecutivas y cognición social. Utilizamos el método de caso clínico de una paciente con AN, diagnosticada según el DSM-IV-TR, controlada médicamente en un hospital psiquiátrico, se le evalúa con una amplia batería clínica (Inventario Clínico Millon II, WAIS-III, Trail Making Test A-B, Tarjetas de Winsconsin, Test del ZOO, Fluencia Verbal y el IOWA Gambling Task y Test de Lectura de Mente en la Mirada). Objectives: To determine the relationship between the level of resilience and family functionality in adolescents of the Ventanilla shelter, Peru. Material and Methods: The study approach is quantitative, the design is non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 160 adolescents residing in the shelter. The instruments used were the Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the family APGAR questionnaire. Results: In relation to the level of resilience, the average level predominated (52.5%), followed by the high level (46.9%) and low level (0.6%). The article describes the psychometric analysis of the APGAR Scale developed by Smilkstein (1978), consisting of five Likert items with five alternatives, which evaluates the perception of family functioning (Gómez & Ponce, 2010). The scale was administered to 256 male students aged from 11 to 18 attending state school in Lima. Item-test correlation analysis provided evidence of highly significant relations (p<0.001) for each of the reagents, indicating that reagents evaluate indicators of the same construct. To assess the perception of family functioning, APGAR Scale has moderate internal consistency (Cronbach a = .788). Construct validity was established by factor analysis and a single factor was obtained through a principal component analysis and the orthogonal rotation (Varimax).

In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. Si bien las funciones de los festivales de cine en diferentes investigaciones están asociadas a la cultura, se sabe que los festivales de cine cumplen otros propósitos. In order to determine whether family functioning predicts the level of resilience in parents facing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a predictive and cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 183 parents from the department of La Libertad, who were selected under a non-probabilistic purposive sampling. Two instruments were used to collect data: Cohesion and Family Adaptability Evaluation Scale (CESF) and the Brief Resilient Coping Scale (BRC). Based on a linear regression analysis, an adequate model fit is observed (F-test = 35.924, p < .001), where, family functioning (β = .407, p < .05) is a variable that significantly predicts resilience (adjusted R2 = .161). In this context, the author defines functional budgets as a tool for public planning and management that allows for the allocation of public resources based on specific objectives, through the identification of programs and projects that can best contribute to achieving said objectives. O objetivo é identificar as metáforas conceptuais no discurso docente e classificá-las em relação à tipologia proposta por Lakoff e Johnson (1980); além disso, pretende-se detetar os esquemas de imagem descritos por Evans e Green (2006) e determinar a sua função no discurso, de acordo com a proposta de Goatly (1997).
