This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. The influence of family and school on the level of independence of pre-school children is a fundamental aspect of integral development in early ages. This study has a quantitative descriptive approach. The aim of this study was to know the degree of Functional Independence in pre-school children in Cuenca (Ecuador). The participants were 30 children (3-5 years old), 15 from a public institution and 15 from a private one. The Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adaptive Test (PEDICAT) was used as an evaluation tool, which measures the level of independence in 4 areas. Human high-altitude (HA) adaptation or mal-adaptation is explored to understand the physiology, pathophysiology, and molecular mechanisms that underlie long-term exposure to hypoxia. Here, we report the results of an analysis of the largest whole-genome-sequencing of Chronic Mountain Sickness (CMS) and nonCMS individuals, identified candidate genes and functionally validated these candidates in a genetic model system (Drosophila). We used PreCIOSS algorithm that uses Haplotype Allele Frequency score to separate haplotypes carrying the favored allele from the noncarriers and accordingly, prioritize genes associated with the CMS or nonCMS phenotype. El presente artículo se propone mostrar que a partir del siglo XX la psicología progresivamente ha ejercido la función de ciencia básica cuyos paradigmas han constituido el fundamento científico que posibilitó el surgimiento de tecnologías de la educación que gradualmente han reemplazado las propuestas precientíficas de Comenio, Rousseau, Kant, entre otras, entroncadas en la filosofía de su tiempo. Dicha tendencia, materia de este artículo, no excluye la aplicación de la psicología como fundamento de terapias, de instrumentos de selección de personal, de marketing, de encuestas de opinión pública y de mercado dentro de un contexto de uso generalizado de instrumentos psicométricos; temas que exceden los alcances de este estudio.

This article aims to demonstrate that from the twentieth century psychology has gradually exercised the function of basic science whose paradigms have provided the scientific foundation that enabled the emergence of technology education that have gradually replaced the pre-scientific proposals Comenius, Rousseau, Kant among other entroncadas in the philosophy of his time. This trend, the subject of this article, does not preclude the application of psychology as a basis for therapies of instruments, selection of personnel, marketing, public opinion polls and market, within a context of widespread use of psychometric instruments, issues which go beyond the scope of this study.

The article studies the evolution of constitutionalism in Peru from a historical perspective, linking the period from the pre-independence stage to the installation of the first Court of Justice. The historical tract dates from the first period, called constitutional prehistory of 1810, with the beginning of the Cortes of Cadiz, followed by the constitutional history up to April 30, 1824. The approach, being transversal, requires the study of the liberalism of the early nineteenth century, constitutionalism, the theory of division of powers, and the jurisdictional function, whose evolution allowed the installation of the first Court of Justice. This had as its constitutional basis article 101 of the Constitution of 1823, a text that some historians consider that it did not have any influence, which this study contradicts.

The archaeological sites located inside the campus of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) are part of an extensive pre-Hispanic complex that, unlike other sites that existed in Metropolitan Lima, managed to be partially conserved. It occurred mainly due to the work of people committed to heritage such as Dr. Josefina Ramos de Cox and other members of the Archeology Seminary of the university. The initial management actions taken towards this piece of heritage, consisting of Huaca 20, Huaca 64 and the Inca Trail, were related to defense, protection and research. El estudio propone la implementación de un sistema de terapia móvil potenciado por IA para personas con trastornos de sonidos del habla en Trujillo (2025). Se parte de una ingeniería de requerimientos y se desarrolla un PWA instalable (Chrome/Edge) con ASR (es-PE, fallback es-ES), cálculo de inteligibilidad (1−WER), precisión articulatoria compuesta y fluidez (ppm), además de feedback inmediato, historial, dashboard y exportación/importación CSV. El diseño metodológico es pre–post pareado (n=10; ≈30 días de uso).
